Michael A. Brown served in healthcare leadership before becoming a nationally known consultant, executive coach, facilitator, trainer, and experiential facilitator. He began using self-administering assessment tools like Myers Briggs and DISC’s in the early 1990’s. Michael is also the President and Primary Consultant for ESTEAMTD.COM. He has provided training and development programs on all levels for c-level executives, leadership, management, and front-line staff for thirty years.
